摘要
设计一种双层结构的公交客车刹车片;试验研究丁腈橡胶对刹车片材料性能影响;利用均匀设计方法和SAS软件对研制刹车片摩擦层的材料配方进行优化。结果表明,丁腈橡胶可显著提高刹车片材料的冲击强度、降低硬度和密度;研制双层刹车片配方材料的摩擦因数高且稳定的,磨损率低,与市售的半金属刹车片相比,在350℃时,其热衰退率可减小约51%,磨损率可降低约34.7%。装车实验证明,研制双层刹车片制动灵敏,无噪声,使用寿命可达31000km。
A two-layer brake lining for bus was designed. The effects of nitrile rubber on performance of brake linings were studied. The material formula of friction layer of brake linings was studied with uniform design method and SAS software. The results show that the impact strength of brake linings is increased, and the hardness and density are reduced by adding nitrile rubber. The two-layer brake lining developed with optimized formula has high and stabile friction coefficient and low wear rate. Compared with semi-metal brake linings, the heat fade rate may decrease by about 51% and the wear rate 34.7% at 350℃. It is verified by test in bus that the two-layer brake lining developed brakes sensitively and noiselessly, its working life may be 31 000 kilometre.
