摘要
通过对各大钻探公司和油气田在复杂深井钻探作业中出现大量钻具失效事故的调研和对钻具失效案例失效分析结果的统计分析,全面、系统地阐述了复杂深井钻探过程中钻具失效的现状、失效形式和失效原因,提出了预防复杂深井钻具失效的措施,对保障深井、超深井等复杂深井的钻具安全具有重要的指导意义。
Base on statistics and analysis from large amount of information on site investigation on drilling tool failure and failure analysis cases from oilfields and drilling companies,the form and cause of drilling tool failure was explained systematically,and prevention measure on how to prevent drill string failure was put forward,which has important guiding significance for the drilling tool safety during the exploration of complex well like deep well,extra deep well and so on.
