摘要 本文给出单参数指数分布产品截尾样本场合简单步进应力加速寿命试验损伤失效率模型下参数的极大似然估计和拟矩估计。 The maximum likelihood estimator and the simulated moment estimator of parameters of one - parameter exponential distribution with censored sample are obtained based on tampered failure rate model under simple step - stress accelerated life testing.
