摘要
用阿昔洛韦口服０２ｇ，每日５次治疗了２１例多形红斑患者，与对照组相比，痊愈时间明显缩短。此结果说明阿昔洛韦是治疗多形红斑的有效药物。
Twenty one patients with erythema multiforme were treated with acyclovir, 200mg, 5 times daily. The results showed that the duration of cure was shortened markedly in comparison with the control group. It suggests that acyclovir is an effective drug in treating erythema muliforme and the pathogenesis of erythema multiforme may be related to herpes virus.
