摘要
采用DNaseⅠ超敏区分析法寻找Tx2.8kbEcoRI片段的转录活化位点,以期探索Tx基因在鼻咽癌发病过程中的作用。结果未发现在此片段中有DNaseⅠ超敏区位点。提示与IgκC同源的Tx2.8kbEcoRI片段可能采用免疫球蛋白基因所独有的基因调控方式,而与瘤基因的一般转录活化方式明显不同。
Tx gene is the DNA sequence with transforming activity which was cloned from the epithelial cell line(CNE2) of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). The goal of this study is to find transcriptional activated site on the Tx 2.8kb fragment using DNase Ⅰ hypersensitivity assay, by which understanding the role of the Tx in carcinogenesis of NPC. The results showed no DNase Ⅰ hypersensitivity site on the fragment. It suggests that Tx 2.8kb fragment homogenous to IgκC might be regulated by the specific mechanism of immunoglobulin gene, rather than that of oncogenes.
