摘要
聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液模拟干旱环境,分别在种子萌发期和幼苗期对3种冰草进行胁迫处理,测定不同胁迫浓度和不同胁迫时间,种子萌发率、胚根胚芽比值、叶片相对含水量、细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量和游离脯氨酸含量等指标,综合评定3种冰草的抗旱性。试验结果表明:蒙古冰草的抗旱性最强,扁穗冰草次之,蒙农杂种冰草最弱。
The drought stress were made treatments to the seed germinating period and seedling stage of three wheatgrass species by using PEG-6000 solution. Based on different stress concentration and period, the seed germination percentage, ratio of radicles and plumules, leaf relative water content, cell membrane permeability, content of malondialdehyde,the content of free proline were measured, according to these in- dex, the drought resistance of three wheatgrass species were evaluated comprehensively. Results showed that the strongest drought resistance was Agropyron mongolicum, followed with Agropyron cristatum, and the A gropyron cristatum x A.desertorum was the weakest.
