摘要
目的 探索输精管分离钳、固定钳在临床皮埋剂取出术中的应用效果.方法 利用输精管结扎术使用的输精管分离钳和固定钳,将输精管固定、提取、分离的技术,运用于皮下埋植剂取出术中.结果 常规方法取出90例,术中断裂10例（11.1%） 新方法取出90例,术中断裂2例（2.2%）,两组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.手术时间,术中出血量与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 临床应用输精管分离钳、固定钳取出皮埋剂与常规方法取出皮埋剂相比,具有简便易行,皮埋剂不易断裂、手术时间短,出血量少及组织损伤小等优点.
Objective To explore the vas deferens isolated clamp, fixed clamp implant dose in the clinical application effect of extraction procedure. Methods The use of vasectomy clamp and clamp in isolated vas deferens, the vas deferens fixed, extraction, separation technology,used in extraction procedure of subcutaneous implants. Results 90 cases out of conventional methods, intraoperative rupture in 10 cases （ 11.1% ） ;new method out of 90 cases, intraoperative rupture in 2 eases （2. 2% ）, the difference was statistically significant between two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the control group, the difference of operation time, blood loss was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The clinical application of the vas deferens isolated clamp, fixed clamp implant removal agent,implant removal agent, compared with conventional methods is simpler, easier to break skin buried agent, with shorter operation time, less blood loss and tissue damage.
