摘要
随着信息技术(特别是互联网技术)的普及,越来越多的企业通过电子商务的商业模式来提高企业的竞争力。本文首先回顾电子商务商业模式和服务战略的相关理论。然后从服务战略的视角出发,提出了基于服务交付过程和产品特征两个维度的电子商务商业模式的分析框架。基于此框架,本文分析了水泥+砖块型、鼠标+水泥型和纯数字虚拟型三类商业模式之间的差异。最后本文通过当当网和招商网上银行的案例验证了本文所提出的分析框架。
With IT technology (especially lnternet) becoming popular,more and more companies improve their competitiveness through e- commerce business model. This paper first reviews theories on e-commerce business model and service strategy. Besides,it demonstrates that business models under Internet circumstances can be categorized into Bricks-and-Mortar Model,Clicks-and-Mortar Model,Digital Dot-corns Model,and discusses differences among these business models from the perspective of service strategy. Lastly,Case studies of Dangdang and China Merchants Bank are conducted to validate the theory in this paper.
