摘要
文中阐述了海事行政处罚工作中证据先行登记保存的概念和适用法定条件,分析了执法实践中适用证据先行登记保存存在的问题并提出了解决途径。
This paper describes the concept and applicable statutory conditions for advanced registration and preservation of evidence in the process of maritime administrative penalization,and analyzes the problems of advanced registration and preservation of evidence in the law enforcement practice.It also provides some suggestions to solve the relevant problems.
