摘要
目的:探讨舌诊在临床上的应用。方法:从舌诊在临床辨证、病情轻重和预后估计、指导临床用药等方面分析舌诊的作用。结果:舌诊可大体上得出寒热、虚实、表里的初步印象,在温病诊断方面意义特殊,舌体不同部位的瘀血斑意义特殊;从舌象的变化可以推测病情的顺逆;古今医家对辨舌用药积累了丰富的经验。结论:舌诊在临床上的应用意义重大,有待于进一步挖掘、整理和论证。
