摘要
为科学发展服务、为职工群众服务、为基层企事业服务,这是天津市总工会提出的全市工会工作新理念,目前已融入各级工会的工作之中,并创造出不少新方式与新方法。但对这一理念的践行,目前也存在一些亟需改善之处。今后应进一步提高工会干部对"三服务"理念重要性的认识与运作能力,努力完善其工作机制,以求能取得最佳服务效果。
The new concept of the work of the trade union,which is the ＂three services＂,was put forward by the Tianjin general trade union.The content contains service for the scientific development,service for the staff,and service for the grass-root enterprises.Now it has become a part of the work at all levels of the trade union and formed some various new ways and methods.However,we need to perfect the theory in practice.We should promote the cadres＇ the awareness of importance and operating capability on the ＂three services＂ in the trade union and perfect the working system to reach the best effect of service.
