摘要
设计了一种新型的汽车发动机曲轴转速及位置检测的新方法。介绍了检测方法、原理以及传感器的结构。分析了传感器的输出灵敏度特性和非线性误差。通过试验,分析了气隙、线圈匝数、激磁电流强度及频率对检测灵敏度的影响,不同非晶态合金薄带宽度对脉冲感应电压波形的影响。试验结果表明:设计的检测方法具有灵敏度高、结构简单等特点,用于汽车发动机曲轴的转速及位置检测是可行的。
A new non-contact measurement method for the rotational speed and angle of automobile engine crank shaft was designed.The sensor structure,the principle of work and measurement method was introduced.The output sensitivity characteristic and the non-linear error of the sensor were analyzed.The influence of the air gap,the coil number of windings,and the excitation electric current and the frequency on the measurement sensitivity,and the influence of different amorphous alloy thin belt width on pulse induced voltage profile were analyzed by experiment.The experimental result shows the sensors have some characteristic such as higher sensitivity and simpler structure and is feasible for measuring rotational speed angle of the automobile engine.
