摘要
目的：探讨显微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的疗效.方法：对32例三叉神经痛患者采用显微血管减压术治疗.结果：本组32例老年患者中,有20例术后疼痛消失,11例疼痛症状明显缓解;治疗优良率为78.1%;术前、术后VAS评分分别为7.9±1.6和0.7±1.5;随访复发率为18.8%.结论：显微外科手术对原发性三叉神经痛治疗上的有很好优越性、可靠性,准确判定异常血管袢并采取合适的手段进行减压是提高有效性的主要措施.
Objective：Discusses the micro vasodepression technique to treat trifacial neuralgia the curative effect. Methods：Uses the micro vasodepression technique treatment to 32 example trifacial neuralgia patient. Results：In this group of 32 example old age patient, after some 20 example technique ache vanishing,ll example ache symptom obvious alleviation;Treats finely rate is 78. 1 % ;In front of after technique,technique VAS grading respectively be 7. 9±1.6 and 0. 7±1.5;The revisit recurrence rate is 18.8%. Conclusion：The microsurgery surgery treats on to the primary trifacial neuralgia to have the very good superiority, the reliability, the accurate determination unusual blood vessel button-fastening loop and adopts the appropriate method to carry on the reduced pressure is enhances the valid main measure.
