摘要
目的：对口服阿奇霉素颗粒在临床治疗儿童呼吸道疾病的疗效以及安全性等方面进行观察和探讨.方法：从我院2009年1月-2010年6月接诊的儿童呼吸道患者中,随机抽取100例为治疗组,采用口服阿奇霉素颗粒进行治疗;同时选取100例为对照组,采用口服青霉素给与治疗,治疗组和对照组分别采用口服7天为一个疗程,对两组的疗效,费用以及不良反应做对比.结果：治疗组治疗有效率为95%,不良反应率为5%,对照组治疗有效率为93%,不良反应率为10%;在治疗费用上,治疗组平均治疗费用为13.00元左右,对照组平均治疗费用为27.00元左右,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.01）,具有可比性.讨论：在临床治疗儿童呼吸道疾病时,口服阿奇霉素在疗效和安全性,以及治疗费用等方面,均为首选.
Objective：To takes orally the arch mildew element pellet in clinical treatment child aspects and so on respiratory disease curative effect as well as security carries on the observation and the discussion. Methods;In January, 2009 - June,2010 meets in the child respiratory tract patient from my courtyard who examines,the draw an item at random 100 examples are the treatment groups,uses the oral administration arch mildew element pellet to carry on the treatment; Simultaneously selects 100 examples is the control group, uses the oral administration penicillin to give the treatment, the treatment group and the control group respectively uses takes orally 7 day is a treatment course,to two groups of curative effects,the expense as well as responded not good makes the contrast. Results：Treats the group to treat effectiveness is 95% ,not the good reaction reactivity rate is 50%, the control group treats effectiveness is 93 %, not the good reaction reactivity rate is 10 % ;On the treatment expense, the treatment group average treatment expense is about 13.00 Yuan,the control group average treatment expense is about 27.00 Yuan,two group of comparison differences have the significance （P〈0.01）, has the commeasurability. Discusses：When clinical treatment child respiratory disease,oral administration arch mildew element in curative effect and security,as well as aspects and so on treatment expense,for first choice.
