摘要
目的：探讨尿液β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）、N-乙酰-β- D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶（NAG ）、丙氨酸氨肽酶（AAP）联合检测对诊断地震挤压伤患者肾脏早期损害的临床价值.方法：对我院这次收治5.12 汶川地震伤员标本进行检测,采用免疫比浊法检测尿液β2-MG的含量,连续监测法检测尿液NAG和AAP的活性.结果：地震挤压伤患者尿中β2-MG、NAG、AAP水平均显著高于对照组（P 〈 0.01） 单纯检测上述指标中的一项或两项阳性率较低,联合检测三项阳性率较高.结论：检测尿液β2-MG、NAG、AAP早期肾损害的敏感指标,联合检测对地震挤压伤患者肾脏损伤的早期诊断和疗效观察有重要的意义.
Objective： Discusses the urine β2 - microballoons protein （beta 2 --MG） ,N-- the acetyl -- β-- D-- amino grape glycosidase （NAG）, the alanin aminopeptidase （AAP） union examination to diagnoses the earthquake to extrude the sick and wounded kidney early time harm the clinical value. Methods：This time admits 5.12 wenehuan earthquake casualty specimen to my courtyard to carry on the examination,uses the immunity turbidimetric method examination urine β2- MG content, continuous monitoring law examination urine NAG and AAP activeness. Results：The earthquake extrudes in the sick and wounded urine β2 --MG,NAG,thc AAP water average obviously is higher than the control group （P 〈 0.01） ; In the pure examination above target or two masculine genders rate are low,examines three masculine genders rate jointly high. Conclusion： Examines urine β2- MG, NAG, the AAP early time kidney harm sensitive target,the union examination extrudes the early diagnosis and the curative effect observation to the earthquake which the sick and wounded kidney damages has the vital significance.
