摘要
目的研究中药秦艽在体内对流感病毒的防治作用。方法复制乙型流感病毒感染小鼠肺部感染性疾病动物模型,以利巴韦林为阳性对照,观察秦艽对乙型流感病毒感染小鼠的保护作用。结果秦艽提取物可明显延长乙型流感病毒感染小鼠存活天数和存活率;对乙型流感病毒感染小鼠肺指数、肺组织形态学都有保护作用,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论秦艽具有较好的抗乙型流感病毒感染的作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of Gentiana macrophylla Pall against flu virus in mice.MethodsThe pneumonia mice were infected with influenza B virus.The protective effect of Gentiana macrophylla Pall on the mice infected influenze B virus was observed using ribavirin as the positive reference drug.ResultsThe Gentiana macrophylla Pall extract obviously prolonged survival days and survival rate of the mice infected influenze B virus,and protected lung index and lung morphology of the mice infected influenze B virus.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.ConclusionGentiana macrophylla Pall has the effect against infected influenze B virus.
