摘要
在新的历史时期,以科学发展观为统领,扎实稳步推进社会主义新农村建设,在政治上突出表现为民主政治的发展。农民政治参与情况影响着中国民主政治的发展,是衡量基层民主发展状况的尺度。加强农民的政治参与建设,将有利于巩固和发展我国的基层民主制度,为社会主义新农村建设提供政治保障。
In the new historic period,the viewpoint of scientific development leads us to steadily promote the construction of new socialist countryside,the political projection of which is development of democratic politics.The farmers＇ participation affects the development of China＇s democratic politics,and is the yardstick to measure the democratic progress on the basic levels.Strengthening the farmers＇ participation will benefit the consolidation and growth of democratic system on the basic levels and provide the political protection for the construction of the new socialist countryside.
