摘要
近年来,各大城市房价飙升已是不争的事实,据有关统计显示,全国有70多个大中城市房屋销售价格同比上涨9.5%。而另一方面的统计则显示,我国空置商品住宅也同比增长19.7%。面对变幻莫测的房地产市场,如何扬长避短,回避风险,促使楼市的健康发展是我们面临的新课题。
In recent years,it is true that the room rate surges in every big city.It shows in the statistics that selling price of house increases 9.5% than before in more than 70 large cities.The other statistics shows that the unoccupied commercially residential tenement increases 19.7% than before.Facing the changing property market,how to play up strengths and avoid weaknesses,avoid risks and improve the property market to develop healthily is the new problem we are facing with.
