摘要
教育发展不均衡是中国教育发展存在的突出问题,揭示教育不均衡的表现形式、特征和对教育进行区域划分是解决问题的关键。本研究以我国31个省市的教育数据为基础,采用实证研究方法,对教育的人力、财力和物力资源的省际差异进行了计算,揭示出教育不均衡的新特征。使用聚类分析方法,分析各省市教育人力、财力、物力资源综合数据,依照省际教育不均衡程度将31个省市划分为3大区域,指出中国教育存在着的"中部塌陷"现象。
The disequilibrium of educational development is a major problem in China.The key to solving this problem is revealing the forms and characteristics of disequilibrium and making the regional division of education.By using empirical research method,the authors calculate the inter-provincial differences on manpower,financial and material resources of education,based on the education data of 31 provinces in China,in order to reveal the new characteristics of educational disequilibrium.Then,the authors divide 31 provinces into 3 major areas according to the levels of inter-provincial educational disequilibrium by dealing with these data via cluster analysis.In conclusion,the authors point out the phenomenon of 'central collapse' of education in China.
