摘要
漳河水库汛期限制水位由122.0 m提高到122.7 m后,对2007~2009年进行模拟计算表明：水库年均增加蓄水量3 070万m3,防洪减灾效益8.8亿元,管理单位经济收入增加101.4万元,较好地解决了水库防洪安全与兴利蓄水之间的矛盾。
The flood control level of Zhanghe Reservoir is raised from 122.0 m to 122.7 m.The analog computation for the reservoir operated under the condition of raised flood control level in 2007~2009 shows that the average annual water storage increased by 30.7×106 m3.The flood control and disaster reduction benefits reached 880×106 yuan RMB.The income of management bureau increased by 1.014×106 yuan RMB.The contradiction between flood control and benefit promotion is fairly resolved.
