摘要
交通战备人才建设关系到国防交通战备工作的成败,对国防交通的建设与发展有着决定性作用。分析了我国国防交通战备人才培训存在的问题,提出了坚持以用促建、完善交通战备人才培训的法规制度建设、加大军地联合培养力度、加强交通战备训(演)练组织、做好交通战备人才培训保障的对策建议。对提高我国国防交通战备建设整体水平、推进军民一体化保障进程有着现实意义。
The talent training in traffic combat readiness plays an important role in the national traffic combat readiness work,and also a decisive role in the construction and development of the traffic work for national defense.Problems in the talent training of traffic combat readiness are analyzed in the paper,with some useful suggestions and countermeasures put forward,such as persisting in promoting construction with application,improving and perfecting laws and rules in the talent training in traffic combat readiness,strengthening the military-civilian joint talent training work,reinforcing the organization of training and practicing activities in traffic combat readiness and improving the various logistic guarantee for talent training in traffic combat readiness.The paper is of immediate importance in enhancing the whole construction level of our traffic war readiness and national defense,and promoting the progress of the military-civilian integral guarantee.
