摘要
目的了解恶性血液病患者的生存质量,探讨与之相关的影响因素。方法采用癌症治疗方法功能评估表中文版(FACT-G)对63例恶性血液病患者进行调查,影响生命质量的各因素的差异程度经方差分析处理,运用多元线性回归分析探讨各因素同时存在时对总得分及各维度得分的影响。结果文化程度、收入、医保形式、合并症、化疗次数及治疗费用是影响患者生存质量的主要因素。结论恶性血液病患者的生存质量较差,生存质量应成为评价恶性血液病治疗疗效的指标之一,在临床工作中要重视患者的生存质量。
Objective To investigate the quality of life （QOL） of patients with malignant hematologic disease and its influencing factors.Methods FACT-G was used to evaluate 63 patients with malignant hematologic disease,and their QOL difference dealt by variance analysis,and the effect of varying factors on total score and scores of every indicator analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Results Education level,income,medical insurance,complications,chemotherapy frequency,treatment cost were the main factors influencing patients＇ QOL.Conclusion QOL of patients with malignant hematologic disease is not good.QOL should be one of the indicators evaluating the effect of malignant hematologic disease treatment,which should be paid attention to in clinical work.
