摘要
高加汽侧系统化学清洗对提高新建机组给水品质和降低锅炉结垢风险有重要作用。以乐清电厂1号机组为例,介绍了高加汽侧清洗方式和控制要点。根据高加汽侧系统特点和设备结构特点,高加汽侧系统宜采取碱洗+水冲洗方式清洗。清洗过程控制关键点是防止固态杂物和清洗液在汽侧系统沉积和残留。水质跟踪监测及对比结果表明,汽侧系统清洗对提高新机组高加疏水水质效果明显,高加汽侧系统采取碱洗工艺清洗安全、可行、有效。
Chemical cleaning of HP heater steam-side system plays an important role in enhancing the quality of feed water of new units and reducing the risk of boiler scale deposit.This paper introduces the method of steam-side cleaning for HP heater and control keypoints combined with the case of Unit 1 of Yueqing Power Plant.Alkali cleaning and water washing method is suitable for it based on the characteristics of the HP heater steam-side system and equipment structure.The key point for cleaning control is to prevent the solid matter deposit and cleaning agent residue.It indicates that steam-side system cleaning is effective in improving the quality of HP heater drainage of new units and the alkali cleaning is safe,feasible and effective based on the result of water quality monitoring and comparison.
