摘要
改善民生,扩大内需,既是应急之策,更是长远战略。只有从根本上解决老百姓的住房、教育、医疗等民生问题,老百姓才敢大胆消费,内需才能全面拉动。
Both the improvement of livelihood and expansion of domestic demand are the urgent need as well as long strategy. Civilians dare to make bold consumption and the internal demand can be pulled only by completely solving the housing, education and medical care of civilians.
