摘要
以水培丽春桃幼苗为材料,pH为5.6,研究不同镉浓度(4,16 mg/kg)对桃树根系细胞超微结构的影响。经透射电境观察表明,随营养液中镉浓度加大和处理时间的延长,桃树根系细胞超微结构变化明显。在16mg/kg镉处理下9 d时,桃根细胞发生质壁分离,染色质凝聚、核膜断裂、核仁消失、液泡膨胀、线粒体数目和嵴突减少直至消失,细胞破裂直至细胞结构解体。
The seedlings of 'Lichun'peach(Prunus Persica) were grown in MS nutrient solutions at different levels(4 mg/kg,16 mg/kg) of cadmium at pH 5.6 and the cell ultrastructure of peach root apex were studied.By transmission electron microscope,the cell ultrastructure of peach root changed significantly along with increasing days and concentrations under Cd stress.After 9 d of suffering from Cd concentration at 16 mg/kg,the cell root membrane separated from its wall,meanwhile,the polymerized chromatin,the disruption of karyotheca,the disaggregation of nucleolus,the swollen vacuole,the reduction mitochondria numbers,cristae and even disintegration were observed in mitochondria,cell break,and finally led to the disaggregation of cell structure.
