摘要
本文以西气东输管道GE PGT25+燃气轮机高压压气机16级动叶的断裂失效事故为例,参照原设备供应商对事故原因的分析,提出了二阶扭振疲劳与叶片间不稳定流存在关联的概念,以及天然气管道输送用燃气轮机压缩机组运行中应注意的问题。
This paper uses HPC stage 16th blades tip cracking on the GE PGT25+ gas turbine of West-East gas Pipelines as an example,in reference to the OEM's analysis of the incident,suggests strong correlation between the 2nd torsional vibration fatigue and unstable flows between blades,as well as other issues when using gas turbine driving compressor units for transport on gas pipelines.
