摘要
随着社会的进步和科学技术的发展,GPS技术已经取得巨大的成功,并在国民经济和国防建设上有着非常广泛的应用前景。但中国的GPS应用发展迅速所面临的一个关键问题是产业的发展与相关的服务发展不协调。文章在简述GPS企业客户服务质量形成过程的同时,建立一套适合中国GPS企业客户服务质量评价指标体系,运用SERQUAL和SERVPERF方法针对具体企业进行分析和评价。
With the development of society,GPS skill has gained much success in recent years.It also has a bright future in national economy.The key question of our application of GPS is the non-coodination of the industry development and related service development.This paper sumerizes the progress of customer service quality of GPS enterprises, and constructed a system of index of GPS enterprises customer service quality that adapts to our country.It also applied two methods to evaluate the quality of specified enterprises.
