摘要
浙江省区域创新还存在一些问题,因此需要研究提升浙江省区域创新能力的对策。运用全面分析方法,从政府、高校院所和企业、科技中介、研发合作、科学家技术专家企业家协会、科技人才自由流动制度、自主创新、科技资源共享八个方面提出了提升浙江省区域创新能力的对策建议。
There are still some problems in regional innovation in Zhejiang Province and therefore need to study the countermeasures to enhance regional innovation capability.We use a comprehensive approach,propose the suggestions to enhance regional innovation capability in Zhejiang Province,from eight areas such as government,university institutes and enterprises,science and technology media,research and development cooperation,technical experts,scientists,entrepreneurs associations,science and technology system of the free flow of talent,innovation,science and technology resource sharing.
