摘要
为模拟中药生产过程、优化生产工艺控制参数、实现灵活组合工序的中药制剂仿真系统,构建了中药滴制生产仿真系统。系统采用仿真算法与仿真系统相分离的组件化仿真模型,开展了对滴丸滴制生产过程的模拟和仿真建模的分析工作,并在软件设计中提出了仿真反馈模型,使仿真系统程序框架具有一般通用性。同时,利用生产和管理中的实际数据进行仿真,取得了预期的效果。该系统的实现为同类软件的设计提供了可借鉴的方法。
In order to emulate the productive process of traditional chinese medicine and optimize the control parameters for technological process,the simulation system for implementing flexible componental procedures is structured.In the system,the componental simulation model that separates simulation algorithm and simulation system is adopted.The dripping production is emulated and the simulation modeling is analyzed.In addition,in software design,the simulation feedback model is proposed,which makes the program frame of the simulation system more generalized.Operating the simulation system with practical data in production and management,expected effects are obtained.This provides consultable information for designing and implementing similar software.
