摘要
目的评价氟保护剂、口腔脱敏糊剂、75%氟化钠甘油治疗超声洁治后所致牙本质过敏症的临床疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法将60例636颗患牙随机分为3组,即氟保护剂组、口腔脱敏糊剂组、氟化钠甘油脱敏组,分别进行脱敏治疗,观察即刻、1个月疼痛的VAS值。结果氟保护剂组、口腔脱敏糊剂组即刻有效率分别为84.16%、83.50%,显著优于氟化钠甘油脱敏组(72.25%),而脱敏后1个月,3组差异无统计学意义。结论氟保护剂、口腔脱敏糊剂是较为理想的治疗超声洁治后牙本质过敏症的脱敏剂,操作简单,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study and evaluate the clinical effects of preventing dentin hypersensitivity by using of fluor protector, nonnasality desensitization toothpaste and 75% sodium fluoride glycerin after ultrasonic scaling and discuss their desensitization mechanism. Methods A total of 636 dentin hypersensitivity teeth of 60 patients were randomly divided into three groups: Group A-fluor protector, Group B - nonnasality desensitization toothpaste, and Group C-75 % sodium fluoride glycerin. The results of desensitization in the 3 groups were evaluated immediately and 1 month after treatment by using a visual analogue scale. Results The instant effects of fluor protector (84.16%) and normasality desensitization toothpaste (83.60%) were better than that of sodium fluoride glycerin (72.25%). One month later, there were no significant differences among the 3 groups. Conclusions The effects of preventing dental hypersensitiveness by using fluor protector and nonnasality desensitization toothpaste after ultrasonic scaling are ideal, and they are easy to use and worthy of clinical application.
