摘要
文章采集左、右转向轮的轮速信号并做相应的处理,计算出车辆的速度、运动方向以及转向特征,并将此信号作用于汽车的AFS自适应前大灯系统;针对轮速信号不同的应用场合,对磁电式轮速传感器的工作原理、信号特征进行分析,设计了由放大、滤波、限幅整形构成的信号处理电路,并在OrCAD环境下进行模拟仿真研究和道路测试验证,结果表明电路滤波特性好、时延小且抗干扰性强。
By collecting the wheel speed signals of left and right steering wheel and processing them correspondingly,the vehicle's speed,direction of movement and steering characteristics can be calculated,and the obtained results can be used by the vehicle's Adaptive Front-Lighting System(AFS).Based on the analysis of the operating principle of electromagnetic speed sensor and different application environments of wheel speed signals,the signal processing circuit is designed which consists of amplifier,filter and limiting shaper.The simulation under ORCAD environment and the road-test show that the circuit has good filtering performance,small time delay and strong resistance to interference.
