摘要
成品油管道采用顺序输送工艺,存在着混油量处理及输送批次优化的问题,对于输送批次优化,首先要对混油量进行计算,给出了常用的混油量计算公式,举例分析了最小输送批量的计算过程,考虑沿线油库实际周转能力,推导出了最优的输送批次。
There are technological problems existed in the contaminated product treatment and batch optimization for product pipeline with batch transportation technology,that is,the volume of contaminated product is first to be calculated for the batch optimization of transportation. The paper gives some current equations to calculate the volume contaminated product,analyzes the computation process for minimum batch throughput rate with cases,and provides the optimal transportation batch on the basis of actual turnover capacity of tank farm along pipeline.
