摘要
目的探讨早产儿颅脑CT低剂量扫描的应用效果。方法 60例新生儿使用PhilipsBrilliance16层螺旋CT机分别行管电流低剂量50mAs和常规剂量250mAs行全颅脑扫描,用适当窗宽和窗位显示并拍摄,并于左基底节区进行CT值测量,记录感兴趣区(ROI)的CT值,比较图像质量。结果常规剂量与低剂量图像质量优良率分别为86.7%和85.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低剂量扫描时ROI为2.63±0.35高于常规剂量的1.75±0.21,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低剂量与常规剂量的辐射剂量、CD剂量加权指数(CTDIw)与全头颅扫描剂量长度乘积(DLP)比值分别为20.0%和20.1%和20.0%。结论在保证CT图像质量的前提下,降低扫描剂量是早产儿放射防护的主要方法。
Objective To discuss application effect of low-dose CT brain scan in premature children.Methods 60 cases of premature children used the Philips Brilliance 16 slice CT machine,performed tube current low-dose 50mAs and conventional dose 250mAs with total brain scans,used the appropriate window width and window display,and shooting,and united in the left basal ganglia were measured CT values recording region of interest(ROI)of the CT value.Compared of image quality.Results The difference of of high image quality rates of conventional dose(86.7%)and low dose(85.0%)were not statistically significant(P0.05).ROI of low-dose scan(2.63±0.35)was higher than conventional dose(1.75±0.21),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Ratioes of low-dose and conventional dose for mA seconds,CTDIw and DLP were 20.0%,20.1% and 20.0%.Conclusion Guaranteed under the premise of CT image quality,reduce scan dose to an appropriate level is the main methods of radiological protection in premature children.
