摘要
承插口式RPM 管在输水内压作用下,其管壁主要应力是环向和径向应力,没有封头的情况下,其轴向应力较小〔1〕。因此,相应的试验方法必须和实际相符。内压试样应该设计和承插口一样的接头〔2〕,采用不带接头单管两端包封的方法是错误的,它完全不符合实际使用情况。
Under internal pressure on bell & spigot joint pipes by water supply,master stress is in hoop and diametral directions.Without sealed ends,axial stressis is small.Therefore,the testing method must conform to it.Internal pressure test samples should be designed with the actual bell and spigot joints,so adopting pipes without joints for tetsts is not correct and fully unsatisfied with practice.
