摘要
阐述了在"两个体系"建设的理论指导下,积极调整工作思路,创新农业科技档案工作,明确其在新农村建设中的作用,找准档案工作与"三农"工作的结合点,着力建设农业科技档案资源体系,开拓服务方式和手段,建立方便服务"三农"工作的科技档案运用体系,着力提升农业科技档案服务"三农"的功能。
Under the guidance of the theory of the＂two systems＂construction,how to adjust the working ideas actively,bringing forth new ideas of agricultural technology archives work,to make clear its role in the new rural construction and find out the juncture between archives work and agriculture,rural areas and farmers were expounded.It was focused on building agricultural sciences and technology archives resources system and pioneering service mode and means,to build convenient service system for archives work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,to improve service of agricultural sciences and technology archives for agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
