摘要
[目的]建立用高效液相色谱测定石斛夜光丸中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。[方法]采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.34%磷酸二氢钾-0.17%十二烷基磺酸钠(48∶26∶26)混合液,检测波长为345nm。[结果]盐酸小檗碱在0.0428~1.1548μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD值为2.8%。[结论]该分析方法简便,准确,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。
[Objective] The aim was to develop an HPLC method to determine the contents of berberine hydrochloride in Shihu Yeguang pills.[Method] The sample was analyzed by HPLC,using symmetry C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-0.34% potassium dihydrogen phosphate-0.17% sodium dodecylsulphate(48∶26∶26)as the mobile phase,and 345 nm as the detection wavelength.[Result]The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.0427 7~1.154 80 μg/ml,the recovery rate was 99.5% and the RSD was 2.8%.[Conclusion]The method is convenient,accurate and can be applied in quantitative determination of the medicine.
