摘要
农业支持是国际社会的通常做法,我国农业支持体系存在国家支持总量不足,支持机制不完备,支持法律制度不健全等问题。从立法上完善对农业支持的规定,建立对农业支持落实情况的有效监督,改变对农业支持的方式,逐步形成对农业国内支持的稳定体系是提高农产品国际竞争力的必然选择。
Agricultural support is common practice in the international community.There are many existing problems in agricultural support system in China,such as lack of national support,imperfection of support mechanism,not complete laws and so on.The regulation for supporting agriculture should be perfected from legislation,the effective supervision should be established,the supporting way should be changed,a stable system for supporting agriculture in China is necessity for improving the international competitiveness of agricultural products.
