摘要
以征地中农户的利益补偿为出发点,对地方政府和农户讨价还价的博弈进行了理论分析,推导出征地中农户与地方政府单位耕地面积的利益均衡值,从理论上解决了征地中的核心问题——"补偿多少",为制定相应的补偿政策提供了参考依据。
With starting point as benefit compensation of farmer in process of land expropriation,the relation of the local government and peasant household was analyzed,thus the well balanced value of farmland between them was deduced.The key problem of compensation ‘How much is the compensation’ was solved,it provided a good reference to related policies.
