在阐明藏药专利保护意义和保护途径的基础上,对青海省藏药产业专利现状进行分析,并且尝试性地提出青海省藏药产业实施专利战略的5项对策。
The significance of patent protection of Qinghai tibetan medicine and the protection methods were clarified.The current situation of Qinghai tibetan medicine industry was analyzed.Five suggestions of Qinghai tibetan medicine industry were put forward.
