洗衣粉对蚕豆根尖细胞遗传毒性效应的研究 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]为研究洗衣粉的遗传毒性和潜在危害提供细胞遗传学证据。[方法]以蚕豆根尖为试材,研究威白爆炸盐洗衣粉溶液不同浓度、不同处理时间对蚕豆根尖细胞的遗传毒性效应。[结果]当洗衣粉溶液浓度增大至0.16g/L时,24h后蚕豆根尖细胞的微核率呈下降趋势,但仍高于对照组;当洗衣粉溶液浓度为0.24g/L时,其微核率与对照组差异不显著。48h后,0.12g/L洗衣粉溶液处理的根尖细胞微核率达最大值,为(25.20±4.97)‰;0.16g/L洗衣粉溶液处理的根尖细胞染色体畸变率达最大值,为(5.22±0.37)%。浓度相同而诱变时间不同时,微核率差异显著,染色体畸变率差异不显著。[结论]不同浓度洗衣粉溶液均能强烈诱发蚕豆根尖细胞产生微核和染色体畸变,处理时间对染色体畸变率无显著影响。 [Objective] The aim was to supply cytogenetic proof for researching the genetic toxicity and potential hazard of washing-powder.[Method] With root-tip of broad bean as tested material,the genetic toxicity effects on root-tip cells of broad bean of Waibai Baozhayan washing-powder solutions in treatments with different concn.for different treatment time were researched.[Result] When the concn.of washing-powder solution was increased to 0.16 g/L,the microcellular rate in root-tip cells of broad bean showed decreasing trend after 24 h,but it was still higher than that of control group;when the concn.of washing-powder solution was 0.24 g/L,its microcellular rate was not significantly different from that of control group.After 48 h,the microcellular rate in root-tip cells treated with 0.12 g/L washing-powder solution reached maximum,being (25.20±4.97)‰;the chromosome aberration rate in root-tip cells treated with 0.16 g/L washing-powder solution reached maximum,being (5.22±0.37)%.When the concn.were same and the induction time was different,the microcellular rates had significant difference and the chromosome aberration rates had no significant difference.[Conclusion] The washing-powder solutions of different concn.all could induce root-tip cells of broad bean to generate microcellular and chromosome aberration strongly and the treatment time had no significant influence on chromosome aberration rate.
