摘要
2009年6月18~19日,黑龙江省出现历史罕见的区域暴雨天气。利用常规观测资料分析发现,此次降水发生在乌拉尔山和鄂霍次克海存在双阻塞形势下,高空低涡和河套北上的低压是其主要的影响系统,且伴有高低空急流的输送。结果表明,阻高演变、水汽输送和高低空急流的配置是产生此次降水的关键。
From June 18th to June 19th of 2009,there was an infrequent regional heavy rainfall in Heilongjiang Province.Based on the conventional observation data,it was found that the rainfall process occurred with the pattern both the Ural Mountains and the Sea of Okhotsk blocking high.The main influencing systems were the high vortex and the depression that came from Hetao area.At the same time,there was upper-level jet and low-level jet.According to the analysis,the results showed that evolvement of blocking high,transfer of water vapor and the position of upper and low jet streams were the key factors.
