摘要
针对长沙大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业人才培养定位以及湖南制造业发展特色,探索有别于一般本科机械工程专业的人才培养模式。凝练专业办学特色,大力加强学校与长沙知名企业的合作,形成了以校企联合的"双基制"为特色的应用型人才培养模式。从本专业的建设目标、思路、措施等方面进行探讨,并介绍了"双基制"应用型人才培养模式实践过程中的人才培养情况。
According to the talent＇s training orientation of machine design,manufacture and automation specialty in Changsha University and the development characteristic of Hunan manufacturing industry,the talent＇s training mode that is different from the general mechanical engineering specialty was explored.Refining the specialty feature and exerting great efforts to strengthen the cooperation between our school and the famous enterprises in Changsha city,the applied talent＇s training mode characterized by the double-base system of cooperation between schools and enterprises has been established.The construction goals,thinking,measures and so on of the specialty were discussed.In the process of practicing the applied talent＇s training mode of double-base system,the talent＇s training situation was introduced.
