摘要
加强和改进高校机关党员干部的学习,是提高机关党员干部自身素质和综合能力、创建学习型党组织的需要。当前高校机关党员干部在学习上存在理念陈旧,形式单一,动力不足等问题。要提高高校机关党员干部的学习成效,应该更新学习理念,营造良好的文化氛围,打造多样化的学习平台,建立学习的保障机制。
Strengthening and improving Party members′ and cadres′ study in administration departments of colleges and universities aims to enhance Party members＇ and cadres′ quality and comprehensive ability in administration departments and build a study-type Party organization.Nowadays there are the problems such as old conception,a single form,deficient motive force in Party members′ and cadres′ study in administration departments of colleges and universities.To improve the efficiency of Party members and cadres′ study in administration departments of colleges and universities,we should update the conception of study,build favorable cultural atmosphere,diversify platforms for study,and establish a guarantee for study.
