摘要
火电厂主汽温度控制系统具有大时滞、大惯性及动态特性随工况变化而变化的特点。通过对以往主汽温度控制方法的分析,结合绥中1000MW超超临界燃煤机组的DCS控制系统组态实现对机组主汽温度控制。机组实际运行主汽温度控制曲线表明,该组态方法建立的主汽温度控制系统具有较好的控制品质和较强的自适应能力。
Large time delay and inertia and dynamic characteristics vary with condition variation are the features for main steam temperature control system in fossil-fired power plants.The main steam temperature is controlled by analysis of past projects and with DCS system configuration of Suizhong 1 000 MW generating unit.The curves of actual operating main steam temperature shows the system set by this configuration is good in respect of controlling and self-adopting.
