摘要
二次金属化工艺现多采用电镀镍工艺技术,镍层在金属化层中所起的作用:优化焊料对金属化层的润湿,保护金属化层免于焊料的侵蚀,增强焊接强度和真空气密性。本文以生产实践为基础探讨获得镍层的工艺技术之异同及实用效果之比对。
