摘要
为了对姜家沟煤矿进行环境影响评价,调查和分析了项目环境污染和生态破坏现状,采用标准指法和标准比较法对地下水、空气和声环境进行现状评价;通过对已建项目的继续生产过程所造成的各种污染及生态破坏的预测,确定了评价项目对环境影响的范围和程度;分析论证项目现有污染防治措施的可行性和合理性,提出有效的生态环境破坏减缓、恢复与补偿措施,从环境保护及生态恢复角度论证项目建设的可行性,为相关工作提供科学依据。
Following a general investigation and analysis of the current situation of environmental pollution and ecological destruction, an evaluation is made of the current status of groundwater, air and sound environments using standard exponential and comparison methods. Based on the prediction of various pollution factors and ecological destruction effects resulted from ongoing operation of existing projects, the scope and degree of environmental impact produced by various pollution and ecological destruction aspects are defined , and the feasibility and rationality of the pollution prevention and control measures in current practice are demonstrated. At the end of the paper, the effective measures for reducing disturbance to ecological condition, reclaimation measures and compensation measure are proposed. The demonstration of the feasibility of project construction made from the environmental protection and ecological restoration perspective provides a scientific basis for the development of similar projects
