陆丰22-1深水边际油田开发最与众不同之处在于采用无生产平台的采油方式。油田租用1艘以多功能单点系泊系统系泊的生产储卸油轮,配以全自动控制的水下井口生产系统,与世界海上石油界首次在采油树上使用的泥线增压泵相结合,安全、高效地实施油田的前期开发和后期生产管理。被称为“组块搭接式控制系统”的水下井口生产系统,荟萃了当今世界的尖端技术,包括双定位水下卧式采油树、电/液控制系统、泥线增压泵、电缆系统、折叠式钻井底盘系统和遥控作业机器人等。浮式生产储卸油轮是世界上首次使用多功能旋转接头与半沉没式单点系泊结合的油轮系统,具有电力供应、原油净化处理等功能,高峰日处理液量为125万桶。
The most distinguished feature of the development of the deepwater marginal field named Lufeng 221 lies in carrying out production without an offshore platform.The field leases a floating production,storage and offshore loading vessel (FPSO),provided with automatically controlled subsea wellhead production system combined with mudline booster pump,carrying out early development and later production and management of the field safely and effectively.The subsea wellhead production system,named building block subsea system,adopts the most advanced technologies in the world,including the subsea horizontal christmas tree,electrohydraulic control system,mudline booster pump,umbilical assembly,HOST,and ROV,etc.FPSO is the first production vessel using multipurpose swivel and single power termination parking unit,which has the functions of power supply and crude oil treatment with a dealing capacity of 125 thousand barrels of fluid and 60 thousand barrels of crude oil every day.
