摘要
由于钻井泵用灌注泵的特殊工作条件,工作时泵轴产生较大挠曲和振动,从而造成轴封泄漏。提高灌注泵轴封可靠性的关键在于减小轴封间隙和轴封两端压差。为确保灌注泵可靠工作,提出改进措施:(1)采用改型环形泵体降低叶轮的径向力,减小轴封间隙,抑制泄漏;(2)采用背叶片降低叶片根部压头,获得微压,使轴封两端承受较小压差;(3)采用螺旋密封降低轴封两端压差,在保持微压的同时避免出现负压,密封效果更好;(4)采用反压式填料密封结构,在很小的压紧力下,即可保证密封;(5)采用具有润滑功效的柔性石墨填料,即使发生轴封泄漏。
Bending and vibration of the shaft of the charging pump used for mud pump occur owing to the pump's special working conditions,resulting in the leakage of the shaft sealing system.The key to improving the reliability of the charging pump's shaft sealing system lies in reducing the seal clearance and decreasing the pressure differential between the two ends of the shaft sealing.To ensure the charging pump working reliably,the following measures should be adopted:(1) adopting modified circular casing to reduce the radial force of the impeller and decrease the seal clearance;(2) using radical ribs on impeller and helical sealing on shaft to realize minor pressure differential;(3) using back pressure stuffing box to ensure sealing under small packing force; (4) adopting selflubricant flexible graphite stuffing for absorption of solids entering in the graphite in case of leaking.
