摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法:将62例2型糖尿病肾病慢性肾功能衰竭期患者随机分为两组。对照组30例在西医常规治疗基础上加包醛氧化淀粉口服;治疗组32例在西医常规治疗基础上加:①黄芪注射液、川芎嗪粉针液,静脉滴注;②焦大黄15g、煅牡蛎30g、制附子10g、桂枝15g川牛膝15g、蒲公英20g、土茯苓20g,水煎取汁300m l,保留灌肠;③中药内服,1日1剂,水煎早晚分服。15天1疗程,连用2个疗程判定两组间疗效的差异。结果:治疗组32例中,显效12例,有效14例,总有效率81.25%。对照组30例中,显效6例,有效10例,总有效率53.33%。两组有效率相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病慢性肾功能衰竭近期疗效显著,能保护肾功能,延缓肾功能衰竭的发展。
Objective：To observe the Integrated Treatment of diabetic nephropathy with chronic renal failure.Methods： 59 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group 29 cases,in the Western package of conventional treatment plus oral starch aldehyde oxidation;treatment group,30 cases of conventional therapy in Western medicine Added： ① injection,TMP powder for injection fluid,intravenous drip.② Focus rhubarb 10g,calcined oyster 30g,system monkshood 10g,Cyathula 15g,decoction juice 300ml,retention enema.③ Modified Erxian soup,1,1,water to cook the morning and evening hours service.15 days a course of weeks,and 2 courses of treatment determine the effect of the difference between 2 groups.Results： The treatment group of 30 cases,11 cases markedly effective in 13 cases,the total effective rate 80.00%.Control group,29 cases were cured,5 cases,10 cases,the total effective rate 51.72%,compared the two groups,there was significant difference（P 0.01）.Conclusion： Combination treatment of diabetic nephropathy with chronic renal failure the recent significant effect,can protect renal function,and delay the development of renal failure.
