提高铝合金1370和1913焊接结构使用可靠性的途径

摘要 介绍了俄罗斯中等强度铝合金1370和1913的焊接性能。对采用不同焊丝焊接和不同焊后热处理规范所完成的焊接试样分别进行了抗晶间腐蚀(МКК)、分层腐蚀(РСК)、全面腐蚀和腐蚀龟裂(РК)等试验,结果表明:采用添加Sc和Р3М的新型铝合金焊丝进行自动氩弧焊,可以提高焊接接头的力学性能和抗热裂纹形成的稳定性;对焊接接头的完全热处理(淬火+人工时效)能降低焊接残余应力,提高耐蚀稳定性及焊接接头强度。 This article introduced welding performance of Russian moderate strength 1370 and 1913aluminum alloy;several tests were carried out for welding specimens which adopted different wires and heat treatment specifications after welding,such as the resistance to intergranular corrosion,lamination corrosion,general corrosion and corrosion crack,the results showed that adopting new type aluminum alloy wire added Sc and Р3М to conduct automatic argon arc welding can enhance mechanical properties of welding joints and stability caused from anti-thermal crack;full heat treatment(quenching+artificial aging) to welding joints can reduce welding residual stress,and improve anti-corrosion stability and welding joints strength.
